Allison English Watkins- Park City, Utah photographer
Master Photographer, Master of Wedding Photography, Craftsman, Certified Professional Photographer, International Photographic Juror
For 30 years, I have been refining my unique combination of photographic style with my love of people and connection. My goal in family portraits is to highlight your personal style with the emotional connection that shows you are a family.
As a member of Professional Photographers of America for over 25 years, I am constantly pushing my own ability to the next level. Throughout more than 2 decades of constant photographic competition I have won numerous local, national and international awards with my clients portraits. My family portraits have been published in Professional Photographer Magazine as well as the prestigious Loan Collection books. Some of my proudest awards are; PPA's Diamond Photographer of the Year, Intermountain Professional Photographer Master Photographer of the Year, as well as my Bachelor of Arts in Organization Communication. In 2023, I earned the degree Master of Wedding Photography. Serving as a judge for the International Photographic Competition constantly inspires me to reach new artistic heights. Currently, I am the Vice President of Professional Photographers of America and love working hard for our 35,000+ members world wide. Receiving the National Award in 2018 was a highlight because I treasure serving my photographic family and helping others along their own journey. In 2021, I was inducted into the Camera Craftsmen of America and elated to be a part of such an industry changing group or artists.
As an avid photographic educator, I have taught from coast to coast sharing my family portrait skills. The passion I for family portraits, and the power they bring to homes, has lead to important conversation on the link between mental health and displaying family portraits.
When I am not creating portraits for my great clients you can find me adventuring with my husband and 3 awesome kids. We can be found exploring the red rocks of southern Utah, canyoneering, mountain biking, paddle boarding, hiking, going to concerts, traveling the world, and playing music. If you call me in the early morning you'll most likely find me curled up in front of the fire place, tea in hand, and my best cat S'mores on my lap enjoying the mountain views of Park City, Utah.
